Delivery Policy: Our delivery policy identifies our shipping location, lists the shipping couriers we use, and outlines delivery expectations.

Refund Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Special.Shoes you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn in the state you received them and in the original packaging. Merchandise not returned in the original packaging or original condition may not qualify for a refund. 

Note: Items marked as Sale are not eligible for returns given they were sold at a clearance price.

What is the return process? Click here.

Are Special.Shoes machine washable? If you are to wash your shoes, we recommend spot washing by hand. We do not recommend putting your shoes in a washing machine.
