The BILLY D|R II Night Sk8ter High Tops are AFO-friendly adaptive shoes designed to accommodate many AFOs, orthotics, braces and prosthetics. Deeper, wider and more Resilient than standard footwear, the BILLY D|R II combines easy AFO access, adjustable internal space and resilient everyday construction in a classic high-top trainer.

Their custom-developed shape provides additional width, depth and internal space compared with standard children’s trainers, with Standard (MDR), Wide (WDR) and Extra-Wide (XDR) fittings available.

BILLY’s Full Wrap Zip opens the shoe completely, allowing the foot or orthosis to be placed inside from above. Adjustable laces help secure the fit, while two removable 3mm foam insoles allow the depth to be adjusted. Finished in classic black canvas, these easy-access shoes combine specialist functionality with the appearance of an everyday high-top trainer.

Are Special.Shoes machine washable? If you are to wash your shoes, we recommend spot washing by hand. We do not recommend putting your shoes in a washing machine.
